Inside the Weekly German Workouts, the material is released day-by-day in my signature weekly cycle: 📆
Day One – listen; Day Two – read / look at the English version; Day Three – vocab; Day Four – grammar; Day Five – exercises, review.
Then two days to let things settle…
And on to the next instalment!
Each day it’s crystal clear what you need to do (but you can pause or go at a slower pace if you want to, of course, or have the whole set of materials up front).
The weekly rhythm stops overwhelm and really keeps you focussed.
There are nine Workout weeks but week six is a revision week so the action is spread over ten weeks in total.
Of course, you can go more slowly if you prefer …
… but the pacing of the course is one of the things that many students like most:
“I like the pace. It’s interesting each day to see what else has been released”.
Jacqueline T.
“It’s good that the course has been drip-fed during the week. Had it all come at the beginning of the week, there would have been the temptation to skimp on the listening, dictation and reading”.
Lilian P.
“I also liked the idea of a ‘weekly routine’ to help keep me focussed.”
Jan A.
“Each day has a focus and I found satisfaction in completing the daily task.”
Akemi K.
